Like even if I was a suburbanite I would want things like 1. A home that goes up to the hotline. More usable space > a front yard 2. A carport/ garage in the back. Snouthouses are ugly! Why not have a facade full of natural light? 3. Shared space and amenities like integrated commercial spaces
