The Barbell paper found ONT technical sequence in 22 of my genomes. The issues are closely linked to the linear topology of Streptomycetes, unusual to assemblers. In the >1000 genomes, I found 35 with 20-200nt ONT tech.seq. All are now corrected, soon to hit the DB. academic.oup.com/bioinformati...
