sadly no humorous stories to tell for the 3rd attempt. Actually did make it, and the movie was fine. Like i can nit pick it but that wouldn't be thematically funny~ What an anti-climax to my Spooderman saga!

Playing Slay the Spire 2. Defect run. Really silly run with Prismatic Shard, but anyway, I had Creative Al. A card that gives you a new Power card every turn. there are 19 possible power cards. 1/19 odds. It gave me *another copy of Creative Al every single until I won the fight, 4 turns later*
i havent even publically opened commissions for years but i still have a few repeat customers pop up around the same times each year wondering if I have time to work for them. One of them only knows me through word of mouth and contacts me exclusively by email.

A percentage of your clients are going to be repeat commissioners. Another percentage of your clients heard about you from word of mouth. 🧵

Hazel is crouched in front of an oven with the loaf tin in her hands, preparing to put it onto the wire rack. We can now see that she's wearing skinny jeans and house slippers. She's supporting herself on her tip-toes in in her slippers, her bare feet partially exposed. She's making an exasperated expression, rolling her eyes.
Hazel: [groaning loudly] UUUUGH... Don't scare me like that! I thought we were gonna get in trouble...
2nd panel
Our view zooms out to look over Liv's shoulder, putting her in the foreground and Hazel in the back. Liv continues to smile mischievously, as Hazel, still crouched in front of the oven, turns to look over her right shoulder, glaring and pouting at Liv, unamused.
Liv: Aw c'mon, Hazel. It was just a joke.
Hazel: Well, it wasn't a very good one.
3rd panel
Our view swivels back to the counter in front of Hazel. She is only partially visible, as we can only see her shoulders down to her waist. She slowly and intentionally grips a banana in her right hand, the only object in the entire comic to be in color. We see Liv in the background, smiling with her eyes closed and looking very pleased.
Liv: Y'know what WAS good? That omelet. Mmm~
4th panel
The two girls are now seen in profile in empty white space, the singular shape of a window in the background, implying some time has passed. Hazel is leaning back against the counter, drying her hands after washing up. Liv is idly kicking her feet as she continues looking at her phone, still slumped over the table. She's too short for her feet to reach the ground. Liv breaks the silence.
Liv: So. How much longer on that banana bread?
5th panel
We see Hazel from the front, who looks off to her left through half-lidded eyes as she collects her thoughts.
Hazel: ... I'll need to check the recipe again...
6th panel
Hazel suddenly looks confused, turning her head to her left, as if looking for something.

Liv: No? When were you using it last?

Hazel holds her hands out in front of her as if holding a loaf tin, implied by a dotted line in its shape.
Hazel: I brought it with me into the kitchen. I put it in the loaf tin so I wouldn't drop it.
3rd panel
Liv leans forward in her seat, looking curious as she pries Hazel for answers.
Liv: And then..?
4th panel
Hazel rolls her eyes back in thought as she counts on her fingers.
Hazel: Then I mushed up all the bananas, added the eggs, mixed in the flour, poured it all into the loaf tin...
5th panel
Without changing angle, Hazel remains in the same position, wearing an expression of realization.
6th panel
Liv suddenly jerks upright, wearing the same face of realization as Hazel, sweating nervously.
7th panel
Our POV is now within the oven, looking at the steaming hot loaf tin, and seeing Hazel and Liv reacting outside the glass. Hazel throws her hands to her head in shock, her eyes and mouth going wide as she shouts. Liv is standing now, gripping her phone in hand and looking fearfully at the loaf tin.
Hazel: [shouting] OH MY STARS IS IT IN THE OVEN!?
Liv: W-Well don't just stand there, stupid! GET IT OUTTA THERE!!
8th panel
Back outside, Hazel hunches forward with her hands outstretched, looking panicked. Liv fumbles with her phone in her hands, as if struggling to remember how it works.
Hazel: WAIT!! We don't know if it's actually in there! You need to call me!!
Liv: O-Okay..! Hang on...
9th panel
We zoom in on Liv, who looks extremely panicked, sweating and clenching her teeth with wide, fearful eyes. She taps furiously on her phone.
Hazel: [off-screen] Hurry, Liv! The battery might EXPLODE!!

I love all of Korb's work on Supergiant's game's soundtracks but even if I don't think it's my favorite anymore, Spike in a Rail just hits in a way none of the rest do. Came out of the gate swingin'. The OST is what got me to check out the game in the first place.
