I definitely agree. I am one of those who can paint a pretty picture, having skill but I don't think my ideas are good. But I also see artists of similar or lower lever doing exactly same idealess art and succeed. I do get good art pieces once or twice in few years 😅

Here's where it gets controversial: Just like there are creative bankers, there ARE artists who lack imagination. I went to art school with people who had amazing eye training, and could draw what they saw - but couldn't come up with new things. You aren't creative just because you're an artist.

I don’t want to be too sensationalist about this but also I’m the least violent person in the world and I think if someone said this to my face I’d hit them

No longer content with pillaging intellectual work and dismembering our environment (already critically weakened), AI companies are now hellbent on destroying books galore including rare editions. Shut down these nefarious enterprises already.

if you don't have any money, you too can support artists by liking and sharing their work, telling your friends about them, reminding them to eat, taking out their trash, doing their dishes, watering their plants, feeding their pets, please help i need adult supervision—
