Recreate it in the aggregate and so on. But like basic deal is everyone does what you say, and you mostly protect everyone and sea lanes

Dumb question: in Spanish, is the "ll" in llama pronounced the same as in tortilla? (I'm vaguely aware there are dialectical variations in this sound, but am mostly asking if the English pronunciation of the L is way off)

This is just a really disheartening story. I am steadily more convinced cities should have no powers related to land use, save perhaps checking that the permit meets BC building code.

San Francisco architectural beauty Discourse is maddening to me because people just ignore the fact that 2/3 of the city is mass-produced plywood and stucco garbage and much of the beloved Victorian housing stock in the other third is also mass produced “cookie cutter” housing.

The only way we are going to solve California’s housing shortage is by having every city in the state “rubber stamp” unremarkable new apartment buildings and townhomes.

Kids are playing in the kiddie pool, we're all eating BC cherries. When the kids are down for a nap, the grownups are gonna sit in the pool and crush a few mass market lagers. Hot dogs & burgers for dinner.
