stand-up 🌈✨ one of those they/she autistic lesbians you’ve been hearing so much about ✌️

A fascinating editorial decision from the BBC, to make the headline a scaremongering “AUTISM AND ADHD ARE BEING OVERDIAGNOSED”, and then, four bullet points later, have the author of the report quoted as essentially saying “nah, that’s bullshit, actually”.

ADHD and autism at risk of over-diagnosis, says report, as author warns of rise in mental ill health
Summary
• An official review in England finds there is a risk of people being over-diagnosed with
ADHD and autism - three key findings from the report
• As well as neurodevelopmental conditions, the review looks at mental ill health, particularly in younger people. Our health correspondent explains the difference
• It was commissioned earlier this year after Wes Streeting, then the health secretary, said there was an "over-diagnosis" of mental health conditions
• Speaking to Radio 4's Today programme earlier, review chair Prof Peter Fonagy said Streeting was "with respect, completely wrong"

Nigel Farage straight up lied about why he didn't go to the declaration and not one publication I read called him a liar. Not one. 'Essex Police said, he said' bullshit. No enquiry about E and D putting him in the position that he's in. No race theorists saying this is typical behaviour of his race

Since The Spectator have today posted an article, in the wake of the Berlin attack, about the threat “Islamists” hold against a nation of “freedom-lovers”, I thought I’d look back over the year to see just how freedom-loving The Spectator actually are towards queer people and Pride…

"We believe in love", yet we're not going to challenge a US political regime which keeps out professional referees selected by FIFA based on their nationality and ethnicity. Or a President cancelling a red card. This is the ultimate phony fraud, and where is the flaming football? #WorldCupFinal

sort of mad that farage is allowed to resign and immediately run again. surely resigning from your role in order to stall an investigation into your own misconduct is the ultimate ‘no backsies’ situation?
