It was preposterous that amnesty characterised a trauma informed service to support women who have been subject to sexual and domestic violence as anti rights. There was an impact on service users and this shows an impact on staff. No wonder those involved were and remain so angry

That's you. An anti-rights movement borne of a reactionary moment that's especially attuned to anxieties re cisheteronormativity.

FWS win on prisons guidance in Scotland. Prison accommodation to be required for men and women based on biological sex. ECHR arguments considered and confer no right to be housed in prisons of the opposite biological sex. Not a surprising decision.
