afaict nostr is still more resilient to relays turning evil or going down than bsky is. 1) it has a standard way to publish a list of alternative relays in case something happens to the main one 2) it is expected for clients to connect to multiple relays at once and deduplicate posts

open source client with reproducible builds should be table stakes for anything that claims to be end-to-end-encrypted

Copyright should not extend to companies. If they want to copyright a thing they should find a guy to hold said copyright. Copyright should also only extend until the death of the holder, whether natural or not. If you hold a copyright anyone should be allowed to hunt you for sport
