Happy to see this impressive work from Sarah, Abdel, Jos, and colleagues out! Congratulations!! and happy we could contribute a tiny bit. Changes in histone dynamics is a mechanism of drug (PARPi) resistance in tumors, and it may be exploited in therapy.
