This is why parties need to continuously hand the reigns down to new generations. All these 65+ party leaders are dooming us because they don’t realize people under 45 don’t view “socialist” as a bad thing.

My entire life the dems have spent even number years talking big but making mediocre promises, only to then spend the odd numbered years not even delivering that. As a party they have been useless at their best and actively harmful at their worst.

Spitballing, but maybe make banks liable for theft via fraud for any account that isn’t secured by a hardware security token AND passkey? You’ll never prevent all scams so you have to solve the security issue.

First, whoever it was had my actual phone number, my actual bank, and the last 4 digits of my account. They sent a "was this transaction you" message that looked almost identical to the ones my bank sends.

Am I supposed to be mentally adding “AI-specific” every time I read “data center” or what? Because I don’t see how giving up the massive economies of scale that cloud data centers provide would result in *less* resource usage.
There is something profoundly evil about fighting this hard to not just kill someone, but to do so in a specific manner.
