Anathema Magazine, the first iteration changed my writing career. They published "The Pull of the Herd" a story that had gone through years of rejections. This is the kind of venue that is doing the work of making sure queer BIPOC voices get heard when other places say: You're not relatable.

With FIYAH going on indefinite hiatus it's really fucking important we support the mags publishing POC. If you have the means, support the things you love or they will disappear. Everyone's probs sick as fuck of hearing it but a magazine for Black voices stopped publishing today, it isn't abstract.
