One of the great things about current Star Wars is that Jedi Temple Challenge - a kids' game show - is canon and Kelleran Beq's later appearance in the Mandalorian places it a few years before the Jedi Purge I mean you can connect your own dots about what likely happened to those kids canonically

We watched an episode of the Toei Spider-Man series last week and he was fighting a bunch of ninjas with beaks, which I'm assuming was a tengu thing, but also yeah birds kind of are a spider's natural enemies so why doesn't Spider-Man have more bird themed enemies? I think he just has Vulture?
Sometimes I'm like "the finest detective in all of Nova Belgique" and then I'm sad because almost nobody would get that reference
I have kind of the same view of both Paramount+ and HBO Max, which is that several shows I want to watch are exclusive to each, but at the same time I have no interest in the vast majority of their content. Kind of wish there was a way to buy access to specific shows as they come out.

Saw a video promising "every He-Man transformation since 1984". Unclear what their criteria for inclusion was. Seems like they skipped any repeat footage (so, most of the original show) and focused on variations. But somehow they also skipped this most iconic version??

I actually don't like Scott being written as a jerk. I kid about him a lot but I like him as the stand-up guy. People paying attention will note that Scott was in the right in his arguments with Rogue in our early issues, almost exclusively. It was a family squabble, not 'Cyclops sucks.'

(UK) Radio news headline this morning was "inflation is up" which, in isolation, I have no idea if it's good or bad. Is this the good kind of inflation that helps us avoid recession? Or the good kind of inflation that makes us poor?

They replied "Hasbro UK have stock of them now but they are all on holiday this week so we are hoping to receive stock next week" I suspect this has been their hope each time
