DreamWorks Animation’s remote workers have overwhelmingly ratified their first union contract with The Animation Guild. 97% voted in favor of the agreement, securing equal wage standards, healthcare, pension benefits and workplace protections as on-campus workers.

I would 100% support a law that says if any digital platform removes your access to media you paid for then they are required to refund you the entirety of the original purchase price. That would solve this whole thing in a hurry.

I remember being in a car driving through some small town in the Midlands, and because the UK isn't a place that flies flags usually, they'd put flags up everywhere specially +in order to then put them at half-mast+, and so instead of being solemn, it looked like celebratory bunting had been put up.

That Hook tweet is interesting. I have had times where I watched Hook as an adult and thought it wasn't very good, but there wasn't a cell in my body that thought so when I saw it at the cinema.
One of our local politicians has a big sign in the window of their office that has their name, their photo, a phone number, and the words "please get in touch", which is good of them to do but does make it look like they've run away from home and their parents are worried sick
