Isn't it strange that the whole world believes scientists when they predict a solar eclipse with microsecond accuracy, but not when they predicted the existential threat of global heating due to the emission of greenhouse gases.

I've always argued that these 2 are entirely responsible for destroying every fabric of British society while taking millions for themselves

How many times this morning on #bbclaurak will we hear that the welfare budget must be cut? How about taxing the rich, the US tech companies and the fossil fuel companies that are all avoiding £billions in taxes instead
DWP's own figures: benefit fraud £6.5bn. HMRC tax gap: £39.8bn. You're 23x more likely to be prosecuted for benefit fraud than tax fraud despite tax fraud costing 9x more. Junior doctors: £1.3bn. Banker NI relief: £7.3bn. It's in the government's own data. You're just not supposed to notice.
How much more damage to our economy, may many more billions lost, how many more public services underfunded, till the UK get's a political leader who is honest with the public about the damage caused by Brexit and takes the UK back into the EU?
