I will never understand people going online and willingly saying shit that is gonna piss people off and then crying when people get pissed off. You don’t have to tell anyone who you voted for or what games you play or whatever. You’re allowed to not say it

I don't know what everyone's complaining about. Just go to settings > features > worms, then change the "worms pouring out of my phone" toggle from "yes" to "maybe later"

As an aside to this good thread! We still deal with this sometimes, especially on the east coast, in bridge maintenance. A DOT is likely to listen to an inspector saying maintenance is needed, but a railroad who converted their 1920-built bridge to car traffic in 1975, not so much

in general, public transport before world war II was generally privately owned. it was a business, like railroads had been since the start of the industrial age. nobody liked the privately owned monopolies that owned public transit. 2/
