When insurance denies you a prior auth they send you a LETTER IN THE MAIL to tell you why? Wtf? Why do you not just make it available in the same online portal where you tell me it was denied?

It's one of the great tragedies of my life that by the time I had boobs to cum on I'd lost the force to do it comfortably 😔
6:45pm the night before! Im supposed to be at the hospital in 11 hours, and still no clue if the surgery is happening :)
