We're thrilled by the great response that @australiadidit.gg has received from players in Steam Next Fest! "Hell yeah! This rules, I like the Into the Breach style puzzling coming into the combat, and the way the upgrades diverge from 3 simple options." Excited to share more about the game soon!

Also enjoying Australia Did It by @ramiismail.com. Nice art, and it has a turn based tactics layer where you combine guys to make other guys. It's fun to try and find all the different combos, and combining also helps you pull of certain plays because it refreshes your moves. But there's more..

Continue to be so happy with the response to Australia Did It. ~90% positive reviews from Steam Next Fest, listed in quite a few "best Steam Next Fest Demos" lists, and just really good vibes all throughout. Really happy people are getting the Tower Defense-y vibes. www.cbr.com/best-steam-n...

Australia Did It is a bonzer take on Snowpiercer meets Starship Troopers. It balances 2 modes of tower defense, an Into the Breach style turn based puzzle and a real-time simulation. Some of the information layers could be better surfaced, but I'm thankful for an actual undo button, you beauty!

Isometric perspective of a square grid, a large square base in the middle with various human units standing on the perimeter, and several cockroaches approaching from the outer edgesTop down perspective of a train travelling along a track in the dessert and surrounded by swarms of bugs.

It's cool to see a return to multi-style games! Australia Did It alternates between tower defense and reverse bullet hell. I like the unit merging mechanic, especially given the overall structure, but accidentally leaving a unit behind is harrowing 😅 store.steampowered.com/app/2396130/...

So @ramiismail.com's Australia Did It demo is SO very my jam! What a cool mashup of Into the Breach tactics, tower defense, a bit of Vampire Survivors, maybe some auto-chess? Blasted through the demo, very excited to see the full game when its out!

You can now also watch a two-hour video of me explaining Australia Did It while showing off both a disastrous run and a pretty solid run of the demo! Obviously you can just watch for a few minutes and see if you like it, too. store.steampowered.com/app/3859010/...
