Eve Burst Error updated to 1.2 after a big proofreading pass. Several hundred typos, spelling or grammar errors and other minor errors have been corrected. Nothing has changed plot-wise or tone-wise, but it's still a big improvement. Available on RHDI/RHPZ/GBATemp/Internet Archive as always :)

With the newly released PC-98 translation of EVE Burst Error, I was reminded of all the modern EVE titles El Dia published a few years ago. I believe Rebirth Terror and Ghost Enemies are some of the few EVE sequels that JP fans say live up to the original. Wonder if they could get localized someday.

The Eve Burst Error PC-98 English patch has reached release candidate status and is currently being tested. This is quite a big milestone for me, after a good year and a half working on it :) You should be able to play it pretty soon.

First edit pass for "Eve" is officially finished. Currently doing a complete playthrough of Kojiroh's route. I finished the first three days for now ; of course I still need to do a few corrections here and there, but it's nothing like what it was at the beginning of the project.

I just pushed a small update for Rance 1/2 and Alice's Cottage 2 to add localized title screens. Update is downloadable on GBATemp, RHDI and RHPZ as usual. Please note Rance 1 and 2 are now considered the definitive versions, I won't mess again with them unless some game breaking bugs are found.

When you turn 18, if you want to receive your gamer license, you should have to download the entire PC-98 library off the Internet Archive and go through each game alphabetically until you learn that real smut makes a game smart. We are not doing this once every decade for the rest of our lives.

Reads as follows YES dude. pls pls pls make a SFW mod for Juniper too. i love this game so much but my autism makes me feel so uncomfortable about her sprites, and they don't really make sense with the otherwise wholesome tone of the game. seems like i'm in the minority for thinking that, but would be awesome if the devs made a "sex sexualized sprites" toggle, or if there was a mod that did that.

Yesterday I removed a lot of toilet humor ("pipes full of shit" in a furnace? A violent death that "at least, isn't explosive diarrhea"?) and jokes about venerian diseases from the "Eve" script. Today, I removed references to Bruce Springsteen, the Yankees football team, Elvis and MC Hammer.
