Also to any politician who says "well, but sports" - trans people should be able to participate fully in sports, because trans people are people. Trans kids are kids. And excluding trans people and trans kids from sports turns them into second-class citizens and that's unacceptable.

The goal here: recognize the untenable double-bind of women's lives under neoliberalism while opposing women's engagement in civic and economic life outside the household. It almost doesn't matter that these claims are false - they still achieve their purpose.
