For those who aren't up to date on the 360 modding scene, this is a Big Deal. Believe it or not, until now, the 360 still never had a softmod and while some exploits in recent years had gotten most of the way, this is the real deal. You probably no longer need to solder your 360 to do Fun Stuff.

When you send a bug report to Unity, there's a heavily-recommended option to pack up and include a snapshot of the unity project. They send the whole thing, gigs of assets and all. Thinking about all the projects I sent copies to Unity over the years this way. I wonder if they were used for training
Dan Marshall@danthat.bsky.social · 3d agoThe video advertising Unity's ew AI-driven autocomplete game maker has 'Mari' who has a game idea they "always wanted to make" and that idea is "Space Corridor" and it looks like this, and that's the strongest argument I can think of for keeping game dev out of the pro-AI crowd's hands.
