I don't understand many things that people do, but talking to the LLM is right up there. You are talking to a box of dice. I have had to use the LLMs more than many people; every interaction makes it more clear there is nothing behind the words and I dont understand how people can NOT see that.

On the one hand: good! I wish there was a 'report for slop' here on bsky. On the other hand: this is basically large scale RLHF to make the AI better and being undetectable. On the other other hand: Linkedin has been and always will be a hot wet garbage tornado that nobody should visit.

I am finally getting into Godot properly, and in order to learn it I am just doing homages to very old games and cobbling them together with art from our other games :) This is basically the first level of the original Boulder Dash. Only movement for now, physics next.(but you can zoom in and out!)

No. And no actual experts believe so. There are many ethical concerns around AI, but this really isn’t one of them. I do have ethical concerns about the hucksters trying to sell us on AI consciousness, though.
