Leaders of flag-raising group Raise the Colours Oxfordshire placed trackers on highway workers’ cars to find out their home addresses, the High Court has heard. RTC then attempted to intimidate the highway staff into no longer removing flags by repeating their addresses to them.

I wrote about the Trojan horse, and what we can learn from her mouth about different cultural attitudes towards deception and violence. As someone comments below, the phrase GIFT ARTICLE is pretty scary in this context.

I think straightforward deskilling is probably fixable, and frankly I have lost faith in this kind of study, but as a person who writes a lot, I think there is a very real difference between gesturing at ideas and working them through, and LLMs really have a lot of people conflating the two.

This was fun. The only shame of an audio-only format is that you probably can't hear the eye rolls. That said, I think the rise of regional tech policy and (hopefully) the end of announcement-itis might both be things to look forward to. (Also @gavinfreeguard.com's memory is a thing to behold.)

In other words, NYT is increasingly becoming a gaming and recipe company, with revenue from that business helping subsidize the higher costs of their journalism (which has been weaponized in favor of trans genocide). They depend on liberals not caring enough to boycott them.

The thing is, these ‘tough new visa rules’ are hideous in their own right. If Burnham can’t see that, he’s as bad as Starmer.

Just had meeting with kiddo's school. She has been fully supported, treated with full equality & dignity for years. All of that changes from September. Full segregation & humiliation across the board. The school staff cried in the meeting. This will absolutely lead to children's deaths 1/2

Insuring (in many cases, permitting) radical adaptation of old buildings to new climate is going to be a necessary struggle, starting now. The mindset which protects dodgy Victorian brickwork slapped over an older structure as vital architectural history must yield to livability.
