Excited to see this project finally come together 🥳 I used the timing of nucleolar assembly at the 8-cell stage as an assay for concentration-dependent phase separation (doi.org/10.1016/j.cu...), but could never explain why they don't appear at the 4-cell stage. Now we know!! 🤓
