An unhappy ALEC GUINNESS writes to a friend whilst filming STAR WARS in 1976 and references a “rangy, languid young man who is probably intelligent and amusing” by the name of ‘Tennyson’ or ‘Ellison’ Ford.

Paul Marshall has decided that it’s time to reimagine rock and roll through the prism of blood and soil. It’s not enough to tap your toes in Marshall-land and love music. You need to suffocate everything that is beautiful with the smothering caress of nationalism. bylinetimes.com/2026/11/02/r...

Exciting news. I’m lucky enough to have seen a preview screening, and I can tell you that the concert is sensational. Bowie and the band are on blistering form. Brett Morgen and his team have done a magnificent job: sound and vision painstakingly restored and remastered. It’s going to be amazing.
