Remeber that taking photos and videos of the crowd and individuals without their consent @defcon.bsky.social is a dick move. That being said, take as many pics with your friends as you possibly can. Make it a priority. I promise you in 10 years you’ll be happy you did.

this is literally what I do for a living and it's called "blameless root cause" where you identify everything that went wrong without assigning blame to any one person in particular. the NTSB really went all in on this and it's one of the reasons airplane travel is/(was?) so safe in the US.

thinking about how ppl quit bosses but also the reverse- I know ppl who will not switch jobs because they love the person they report to so much plus in the current employment market a manager who won't throw you under the bus and stands up for you in the workplace is worth more than a salary hike

So, ok, a thing about telling yr audience "i use AI for my info gathering/research but then I look over it and fix any errors" is that you unfortunately told me youve outsourced your knowledge base on this subject to the machine, and therefore I have no reason to believe you CAN catch those errors
