I saw The Odyssey this weekend. In it Christopher Nolan does the complete opposite of what makes all his movies so-so to me though I always enjoy them. It was 100x better than I expected. I was astonished by it and even awestruck at many points.

Sam Neill was one of those actors I was always happy to see, no matter how I felt about the thing he was in. The reaction to his death vs. the way people responded to the late Lindsey Graham says a lot about how we should choose to live our lives.
