Went to a card show that was mostly Pokemon at a local hotel, I owned 0 Pokemon cards going in and came out with 10. But I also went to the card shop and came home with most of a Pauper deck for $10 (plus the tokens that go with it)

Based on the ineffective marketing department at my work, every new idea you can champion buys you a year or two of people not noticing you're bad at your job, and it doesn't matter if implementing that ever even happens, just chaining new ideas together forever

I read the first TNT book last night and while a lot of reviews (rightfully) mention the part where TNT has to have sex with a bunch of caged feral women to survive, they somehow leave out that he does so as part of a complicated set of rules in a best of six Checkers match.

Currently reorganising my paperbacks and came across my TNT collection - aka the wildest, most ridiculous and over-the-top men’s adventure series ever published. Let the synopses give you a taste of what’s inside:

A series of seven paperback books, all with black covers, all with varying illustration of the same man’s face - holding a gun, a knife, a hook etc. He is extraordinarily chiselled and rugged.

i found an ancient phone backup the other day and here are some photos i took of the old somethingawful office in lees summit around 2011 or 2012. and a couple never before seen pics of smash mouth eat the eggs . and some discount ed hardy beer that made me VERY sick

i was really disappointed that Nolan didn’t include anything about the Soggy Bottom Boys or the Mississippi gubernatorial race in his version of The Odyssey. those are really important parts of the original text

I am finally reading Killing Time, the 1985 Star Trek novel that was accidentally released with the Gay Content in it that Paramount asked to be removed. It rules, these boys are gay.
