❤️ Gillian Green, publisher at Tor Bramble, told The Bookseller: “HM Wolfe has confirmed that Daggermouth was written entirely without AI. We stand behind our author, and we do not recognise third-party AI detection tools as a fair or reliable measure of authenticity when used on their own.”
Tor Bramble backs HM Wolfe after AI-detection claims over Daggermouth
Tor Bramble has backed HM Wolfe after the Atlantic reported that the author’s dystopian romance Daggermouth returned a 60% score in an analysis using the AI-detection tool Pangram.

What a fantastic starred review of Mazywood by @tananarivedue.bsky.social in Kirkus! Congratulations! "Simply stated, this feels perilously close to a career triumph for its author." www.kirkusreviews.com/book-reviews...

Five years ago today, the 1,000-ton Vautravers Building arrived in its new location 📍 In about 24 hours, the 127-year-old building was moved approximately 30 feet west and 10 feet south toward N Clark Street in order to reconstruct century-old Red and Purple Line track structures.

I work at a public library. People who want to use AI seem to have no trouble doing so. People who don't want to use AI have a harder time. I crowdsourced and then finalized this document "How to disable or avoid intrusive AI" and then gave it a short URL: notoai.org Please pass along if it's useful
Wowwww!!! The audiobook for WRETCH just received a “starred” review from Library Journal and they wrote “Listeners brave enough to face the depths of depravity and longing should immediately dive into this exquisitely painful book” 😭😭❤️❤️
It’s #FridayReads time! Let’s share books and boost all signals. Repost this and let us know what to repost for you. This slice of mayhem takes you into the middle of a storm and then…well, then things get worse. In a good way. Anyway, it’s only $12! www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/0316...
there’s great comfort in the chonk of a chuck wendig novel
I'm only several years and many glowing reviews late, but I finally read THE REFORMATORY by @tananarivedue.bsky.social this year and, ghosts aside, it's one of the most haunting novels I've ever read. An absolute horror masterpiece.

P.S. I would still like for people to read THE BUTCHER OF THE FOREST and then look at themselves and be like "I am 30 or 40 years old and I do not need to be the protagonist of a fairytale horror story in a magical forest" us.macmillan.com/books/978125...
