retouch is **at minimum** a 2x increase in lettering time vs subtitles, often times 3x or 4x or more :)

Related to the job post, but overall I've been thinking I need to be more bold and outgoing if I want people to know who I am and thus have more opportunities I have a lot left I want to achieve, after all! Manga or otherwise, I gotta keep going!
