Have an appointment I've been waiting for two years for, this morning at 09.15 in Galway. 11.20 and still in the waiting room with 11 others. What is the point in appointment times at all? It was lovely and quiet until a nurse turned on the TV. Why add the torture of daytime TV to this as well?
