Just saw “Backrooms” after marathoning Parsons’ original series… Very solid, though I think perhaps the Internet’s particular brand of cosmic horror monster doesn’t translate very well to cinema. Maybe best seen on a smaller screen alone in the dark in the liminal space between night and sunrise.
