I admire this. Ossoff has not taken his foot off of Collins’ neck for months. It has been clear, focused and relentless. He is speaking to Georgia specifically, but to all Black Americans as well. So valuable and important at a time when we are drowning in Black hate and targeted assault.

Ossoff genuinely hates racists. So much so that he looked at an entire political media ecosystem encouraging him to make his messaging palatable to Donald Trump voters and deployed a debate performance that made clear that he thinks that this ecosystem can go to hell.

I think he's mastering a kind of stern dignity that is uniquely compelling in contrast to the clownish cruelty of the other side.
