The new park renovations, combined with new parking rules, mean the Food Bank is not able/allowed to bring its big trucks into the park - so they have no way to collect cans & boxes and bring them back to their warehouse. But they will have volunteers on site collecting monetary donations. #yeg

Woah, this is huge news: most ovarian cancer begins in the fallopian tubes, which can be removed (if patient desires) during other abdominal surgeries. Ovarian cancer has vague symptoms and often isn’t diagnosed until late stage with low survival rates. www.nytimes.com/2026/07/28/h...

The media, authorities & thus the public lazily use 'ebike' than correct definition of electric motorcycles (e-moto), even the EAPC regs are quite clear on what an ebike is. There is a problem with enforcement to stop illegal unregistered electric motorcycles being used & that needs dealing with.

We’re using the word e-bike to describe too many things. Electric assist bikes are a version of bike & have many public interest benefits. But vehicles being driven by food delivery app drivers aren’t a form of bike…they’re a form of motorcycle. They don’t belong on sidewalks or pedestrian streets.
