Republicans aren't just saying they will kill or institutionalize or forcibly detransition all trans people: they are actively and overtly *campaigning on promising it*. And every day, cis people are saying that trans folks are fearmongering, overreacting, or don't know what genocide is.

If folks in the Democratic party cannot find it within themselves to be absolute staunch supporters of trans people's rights because trans people are people who have inherent worth, then they should at least do it because if we give up on trans people, then we're literally giving up on democracy.

We are at the break glass moment on the Democratic Party and its treatment of transgender people, and it is my opinion that if we don’t act now and loudly demand to be heard, we will suffer the consequences of their shift.

microsoft have essentially bought up and bulldozed almost an entire american arts industry as a half-hearted distraction from their main project of trying to monopolise and rent-seek global digital infrastructure and military contracts

this whole xbox thing feels like a true emperors no clothes moment. there is so obviously no plan, anything announced yesterday is overruled tomorrow, that even reporting the facts feels laughably insufficient.
