As a person who works in animation, whenever I talk to someone working in video games, the conversation always basically goes like: "I'm so sorry for what's happening to you.." "No I'M sorry for what's happening to YOU!" "no YOU have it SO MUCH WORSE" "DON'T YOU DARE say that, YOU have it HORRIBLE"

so much of public policy lately feels like an avoidance of repeating covid responses We can't shut down non-essential businesses or issue mask mandates. We're back to normal! Extreme heat and toxic air is the new normal! You'll just get used to it if you ignore it hard enough! i'm tired.

Bestie, the air is TOXIC. Any time outside is HARMFUL. The guidance should be 1) stay inside 2) if you can’t stay in, wear a mask.
