A big problem I have with modern "criticism" is how people now think that average means bad. Anything less than an 8/10 or 9/10 means that it is on par with something actually awful. Everything has to be either "absolute cinema" or "the worst thing ever made" with no room in between.

Filter on bottom was the same when I installed it yesterday evening; this is what it looks like after roughly 24 hours of HVAC in Chicago’s blanket of wildfire smoke.
