Why I think it's time for some Governors to come up with a plan to decide whether or not constituents and businesses in state should continue paying federal taxes. We may not be able to physically stop Musk, but we have a legal argument that we already paid for shit we are not getting.

I’m considering changing my stance against the death penalty for people who excuse vandalism of public transit. Not ‘give the death penalty to people who vandalize public transit.’ Just ‘death penalty for those who *argue* vandalism is a positive, public transgression.’

She’s also never bothered explaining how she pays the mortgage on her house with a $40,000/year salary, which suggests she’s either lying or omitting that her house is paid off. Sawant says a lot of unbelievable stuff stuff and just assumes, correctly, no one will ever follow up.

Here is some of Swant’s progressive record. While Adam Smith is taking money from corporations, she was donating 2/3 of her salary for social advocacy. And she was calling out Israel’s apartheid long before the genocide began is full force - Adam Smith still doesn’t think a genocide is happening.

An excerpt from Kshama Sawant’s Wikipedia page about her tenure in the Seattle city council: “Tenure During her campaign, Sawant said that, if elected, she would donate the portion of her salary as a City Council member that exceeded the average salary in Seattle. 381[39] On January 27, 2014, she announced that she would live on $40,000 of her $117,000 salary.
