DHS has confirmed this was an ICE "targeted enforcement operation." The man they targeted, a Polish national, is currently being held in the Miami Correctional Center in Bunker Hill, Indiana, per the ICE detainee locator system. The Miami Correctional Center sits next to Grissom Air Reserve Base.
