David Lynch passes away at 78 after a battle with emphysema. He had stated in 2024 that he could no longer leave his home due to the high risk of Covid. If more people would mask up, we wouldn’t have to isolate. “You do you” policies leave people like Lynch with no choice but to “just stay home”

Genuinely I think lawyers and legislators working out how training data and copyright intersect should look at this diffusion model (only one of its kind) trained exclusively on public domain data. It literally cant reproduce IP, modern artists, or the style of anime huggingface.co/Mitsua/mitsu...
