The Epley maneuver should be the fakest science ever — oh, you think I simply need to move the crystals in my ears to feel better??? — but every time it’s amazing.

How do you fix this? To treat BPPV, you’ll do specific head movements to clear the crystals out of the canal. One of these movements is called the Epley maneuver. The movements may make you feel worse while you’re doing them. Don’t worry! Feeling worse doing the movement is a good sign – it means the crystals are moving. The movements work very well to put the crystals back in place when you do them correctly.

I invented gawker stalker and it was all day after posting. Half the sightings were sent in by celebrity publicists desperate to let everyone know their clients were seen at Nobu or whatever, but that didn’t stop some celebs from claiming their safety was threatened

we said all along that they wanted Gawker dead not because we embarrassed a pro wrestler but because the Epstein story is one Gawker was covering a decade before most other people caught up & was just one of many stories exposing powerful people and their misdeeds

Among the batch of newly released emails from Jeffrey Epstein: Epstein telling Peter Thiel he would “gladly share…expenses for the Gawker suit.” This was sent the day after @rmac.bsky.social and @mattdrange.bsky.social reported in Forbes that Thiel was behind the lawsuit that would bankrupt Gawker
