Sometimes (often?) what makes a show a core memory vs. great vs. good vs. meh has little to do with the band’s performance(s) but rather the crowd and its energy (do they already know and are into the openers, etc.) and the venue (some venues are always terrible regardless of the bands and artists).

the trans community is BEAUTIFUL. their humanity shouldn’t be questioned in headlines or bathrooms or in a Meta comment section. they shouldn’t be a talking point for this legislation to move blame to. it is so appalling to think my friends have to live with hate every single day. it’s so fucked

I don't know what to say about this garbage vote to criminalize gender affirming care btw. Been trying to find the words. I hear so many friends in sadness and fear today but of what use is "I hear you"? Not much I fear. To live through this moment sucks ass (negative). We must find a way through
