Does anyone else think it’s crazy that there's this world of lore, that millions of people fell in love with, and characters in it like Osiris, Saint-14, Eris, the Drifter, Savathun, Xivu Arath… …and somehow that world was mishandled by executives in a way that made the game shut down?

IMPORTANT: For any artists/writers/etc etc, using Linktree to point people to their work, from 5 July, they'll be feeding all imagery you use on your landing page into DALL-E by OpenAI. I deleted my account this morning.

I stopped playing at The Final Shape, but man this still hurts to read. I gave 7 years of my life to this game, played every expansion, nearly every season, and made so many friends. I know it's not going offline, but it's sad to see such a rich universe call it an end w/o a 3rd game being greenlit

Man I was gone all afternoon building my new desk only to log in and see Nvidia's new wow graphics feature is an AI enshittification filter. This looks fucking awful.
