Your little oopsie "mistakes" had me worrying for a year of my life about my partner going to jail for up to a decade based on lies likely fed to you by the top of the federal government. Show everyone what you're covering up in these emails and texts. There's a reason you don't want them released.

The DWP are asking for people to contribute evidence for a forthcoming review of Carers Allowance and how it operates. Admittedly this is niche, but please spread the word so it reaches the right people. www.gov.uk/government/c...

Quite extraordinary sentence in Emily Maitlis's piece mourning the passing of PM Starmer ... Mandelson, freebies, Labour Together, winter fuel, disability benefit cuts, Gaza? Ultimately he went because Labour was sinking in thr polls and elections, but that was as a result of the above

Closed-loop cooling means only at the rack. ~80% of a datacenter's total water footprint is upstream thermoelectric power generation, not on-site cooling. Going dry-cooled at the facility raises PUE by 0.05-0.15 → more electricity for the same IT load → more water diverted at the power plant.

New data centers are closed loop cooling. No real water use. All the new Nvidia AI stuff is closed loop too. Water use is mostly a thing at legacy datacenters, and kind of a red herring. Wait till you hear about golf courses...

Statements that have now come to light from a handful of @TheGreenParty candidates are totally unacceptable & require immediate action. There’s no place for anti-semitism or any hate speech in the party. This is a society-wide problem & needs to be rooted out wherever it’s found

Just what we don't need. Already, our rivers are overloaded with both human and livestock waste, leading in many cases to #rivercide. Now the government, responding as always to lobbyists, wants to make it worse. Then it wonders why it loses public support. www.theguardian.com/environment/...

Hot Take 2: if this is Mandelson's position, there is no reason for him not to issue a statement to this effect. If he has not issued a statement to this effect, the BBC's "understanding" of his actual position may be inaccurate. Stop letting people play this game.

Mandelson wants the BBC to report that he denies everything, but for some reason does not want to go on the record denying everything.

The BBC coverage is absolutely terrible. It leads on "sharply contested narratives" It has a dramatic skew to the US government It has posted the video but has failed to report on what it shows: it shows the US govt account is untrue

Palantir was a warning sign. Keir Starmer choosing to hand our data and security to US tech companies is an outrageous failure of judgment. All in the name of "investment." What about national security?
