This plane landed in Myanmar about three hours ago. This is the third ICE flight to Myanmar this year. Burmese deportees in 2025 were immediately sent to a torture facility next to the airport, according to Myanmar Now. Weeks later, not all of them had emerged.

This likely ICE flight operated by Journey Aviation has taken off and appears to heading for an Asia removal. In May, this aircraft deported people to Myanmar.

Well TIL that I need to travel w/ an EpiPen. i am super allergic to cats. 5 hours into a transatlantic flight my eyes were burning so badly I couldn’t see & I started getting congested. turns out there was a cat 2 rows back. Cetirizine, nasal sprays, and moving seats were enough this time but yikes

I couldn't even include everything in this piece (e.g., I got copies of presidential correspondence from AAU member institutions during the Red Scares from the archives) because my benevolent editor had already let me go way over my word limit. I wish they had learned from their past actions.
