Still have lots of a sketchbook left to fill for a charity incentive and what few #Artfight pieces I did were all done in there! These were done on stream and chat was very sweet and supportive in my attempts at working with traditional tools as someone's who's been drawing mostly digitally ❤️

I hate A.I. far more than the average person, but I expected from the beginning that whoever put this together was *not* representative of the creative team behind the movie. Some of us have *got* to stop rushing to judgment. It's not fair to the artists doing their best.

Do I last minute join ArtFight anyways? I'd most likely keep it to sketches in the Pilkmas sketchbook I've been working away at veeeeery slowly. Don't think I can deliver the same level of quality as I did last year.

Everyone is (rightly) clowning on the Book of Life guy for getting in bed with the AI crowd, but there's a danger that the dopamine hit of outrage overwhelms good news. Like, I've seen dozens of posts about Gutierrez and only one or two about this. We need to be as loud about the good as the bad.
