Dear readers I have some awful news. It appears that Hogan was killed, run over on the street not 20 metres from our front door. I didn't see it, but I'm sure if the car had been going at the 20mph speed limit (most cars speed) such an incident could've been avoided Rest in peace Hogan 😭

Reality doesn't get a look in at the Reform council. Most residents aren't paying anything. Again, it is a zone, not speed cameras. They aren't calculating revenue on a borough basis because people are free to drive from one borough next.

This consultation is open until the 26th. Popes Lane is meant to be a core cycling route, yet the plans propose no cycling infrastructure at all other than for cyclists crossing the road. The road is mostly 15m wide between property boundaries which should be enough for wanded cycle lanes at least.

we don’t have enough leaders around telling people that without drought mitigation/adaptation that starts *now*, Southern Europe will have to ratio water daily in warm months. Surely many middle class and above private citizens will manage, but think about schools, hospitals, care -and yes the poor.
