Phang: "Capital One said, 'We don't want the business anymore of the 45th president of the United States, his businesses, his failed sons, and his revocable trust.' So you can imagine -- I am just hypothesizing... but it suggests whatever Capital One uncovered was pretty bad. Makes you wonder..."

❗️Zelensky: Today, many were shocked by another video of the Russian drone safari against people in Kherson. The man was injured by the explosion. The world must see this. It must see every fact that Russia has gone mad, and every fact that the Russian military enjoys killing and mocking people.

Approval of east London datacentre labelled ‘slap in the face’ for local democracy. Datacentre prioritised over building affordable homes. Little attention to environmental issues. Govt overturning local council refusal is not devolution or democracy. Big business always wins.

Brilliant letter from Stuart Thompson to Jeremy Clarkson about his comments that benefit claimants should write weekly thank you letters to tax payers detailing how they spend their benefits each week.

Once again for those at the back: ‘Don’t speak ill of the dead’ is about your great aunt Elsie, who liked a long gin with a short tonic at elevenses, and blew your inheritance money betting on the horses. Speaking ill of absolute monsters is a moral obligation, actually.

Rod Liddle has died. He blazed a trail from international socialist in Labour to the xenophobic "left conservatism" of zombie Social Democratic Party. He wrote for the Guardian until 2003, then increasingly curled out his stale pale male opinions in RW press. He'll mostly be remembered as a nonce.

Guardian Child protection:

Should it really be a crime to look at child pornography?

Rod Liddle Tue 14 Jan 2003 09.12 GMT

I wanted to look at some pictures of child pornography from the internet this week and then tell you all about them, but I couldn't because my stupid modem broke down. I'm not sure how the

law or, for that matter, society will view my failure. The intent, clearly, was there. In mitigation I suppose I could say I was planning to do it all on your behalf and would gain no pleasure from the operation myself.

That's what I could say. In which case perhaps the policemen should turn up at your house instead.

Rod Liddle article in THE SPECTATOR

"I never found out because the one thing stopping me from being a teacher was that I could not remotely conceive of not trying to shag the kids. It seemed to me virtually impossible not to, and I was convinced that I'd be right in there, on day one. We're talking secondary school level here, by the way - and even then I don't think I'd have dabbled much below year ten, as it is now called. I just thought we ought to clear that up early on. At my old comprehensive..."

The best time to make “Republicans want to take your kids into school a bathroom, pull down their pants, and inspect their genitals” stick to the entire party of Epstein file protectors was when they said that’s essentially what they wanted to do years ago back in Ohio. The next best time is now.

An initiative on the ballot in Washington state in November would require all athletes seeking to play girl's sports from kindergarten to high school to undergo "genetic screening, a testosterone-levels test, or an examination of their reproductive anatomy" before they can play

The Campaign to Force Genital Exams on Girl Athletes Soon Washington State could require sex-verification tests for those playing sports in schools.

I mean this in all seriousness, this is a severely mentally ill & delusional person who not only should be removed from office under the 25th amendment, but he should be in a psych ward. This is pure insanity on so many levels. He lives in a fantasy world. He is unwell & has lost touch with reality.
