<sigh> One reviewer used AI to review our manuscript. How do we know? Suggested papers to cite that do not exist. Some titles correct, but everything else is wrong or just fabricated out of whole cloth. Requested citations for things I’ve said in review papers that were citing other papers.

Giving access to SSNs, other data on government employees to non-employees like Musk is a violation of 5 USC 552a, and carries with it a penalty of $1000 per person whose data was accessed. We are building a case. Govt employees who want to participate should contact me directly

Does Parkinson's affect the eyes? YEP. Does the optic disc fade in Parkinson's? Apparently YES according to Samuel Gibbon and colleagues in a brand new article in the Journal Movement Disorders. Parkinson's is a disease of the brain and body, and YES that includes the eyes.

We need to understand why and which cells are affected in Parkinson's, and when the process actually starts. Will multiomic studies answer all the questions on neuronal vulnerability? No. Help prioritize disease modifying therapy. Likely. Help to unravel upstream pieces to the puzzle. Definitely.
