If it's true that Number 10 has banned the DVSA from raising driving test prices by £30 that's the dumbest shit I've read all week £30 is less than the cost of *one hour of driving lessons*

He's right and he should say it. Education is the greatest tool for combating poverty and increasing social mobility ever invented, and stopping it is devastating for vulnerable kids
