For those who have moved apts/houses with your family. Is it normal to feel overwhelmed? Hubs and son are packing at their own pace with their rooms but I’m going crazy with purging/cleaning/packing. I feel like it doesn’t end.

I'm trying to space out my art bumps, but... I'm SO happy with how this Ed turned out and I want everyone to see him 😍 There's the most delicious slow-simmering tension between these two, and as the storm keeps building outside, their connection keeps growing in the shelter, too. A+++ yearning.

Ed Teach stands shirtless in front of Stede Bonnet, who's rubbing balm into the flamingo scratches on Ed's back. He has his hair pulled over his left shoulder, and his large back tattoo is visible, featuring a skull with crying snakes and spiderwebs and the words trust no one. His right arm tattoos are also visible, and he's glancing back over his right shoulder.

Please love art. Just keep loving it so much. Celebrate yourselves, your work, your friends' work. Tell them you love it. Share it. Just please share the joy of CREATING something from nothing with your ability and soul. It's not enough to hate genAI. Please keep loving true creation.

Dear Andy Serkis: Hobbits aren't real. Nowhere in the Lord of the Rings did Tolkien say "every single hobbit in the Shire is white." Also, if he did, hobbits aren't real. It won't destroy your story, which again, is fiction, to have some Black and Brown hobbits. Sincerely, Sheryl

The Shire feels very, very much like a very, a very white, you know…"

He tails off and pauses before continuing, with greater certainty: "They're not very concerned about what goes on beyond the borders of The Shire, but they know they don't want people coming in.

"Yes, there have been criticisms," he says, acknowledging arguments that are now almost a quarter of a century old.

"This particular film is somewhat acknowledging that. But I don't think we will be doing a politically correct just-casting-for-the sake-of-casting-and-ticking-boxes version of the film. So, it's where relevant basically."

I think I have to go with Hunt For the Wilderpeople. One of Taika Waititi's masterpiece, it's such a heartwarming film that's carried by the chemistry between Julian Dennison and Sam Neill. It's probably the best performance Sam Neill ever delivered in a film. Cannot recommend this movie enough. 💙

While best known for his iconic turn as Alan Grant in the “Jurassic Park” franchise, his career included countless projects. From “Event Horizon” & “The Piano”, to “Peaky Blinders” & “Hunt for the Wilderpeople”, he was an unforgettable presence on screen. What is your favorite Sam Neill film?

I'm on a long bus ride right now, so Sam Neill is on my mind. He was so special. Just the softest, nicest human. Dr. Grant is so much a part of who I am. He meant the world to 12 year old me. I'm so sad. But it's been really lovely to be reminded of how much he touched everyone today. 🧡
